NOTE: This is an excursion for 10PDM1 ONLY. The purpose of this excursion is for photography students to use their local area as a source of ideas. Students will practice creating well-composed photographic compositions for their Poetry of Place unit of work. They will be required to meet at the flagpole at the begining of Period 1 (9:05am) and return to school by approximatley Recess (10:15am). Students will be walking around Dulwich Hill and Marrickville with an accompanying Visual Arts teacher. They will be required to bring a digital SLR camera/phone with camera.
Students are invited to apply to join Semester 1 Visual Art and Design Co-Curricular Enrichment course delivered by an industry practitioner (as private tutors) with the supervision of a Visual Arts teacher. An exhibition will be held at the end of the program for participating students to show their work.
