Dulwich High School of Visual Arts and Design is committed to providing students with a stimulating, creative and academically challenging learning for students in our designated local enrolment area.

Proof of Residency
To be enrolled as a local student we require documents to establish the child’s address. A 100-point Residential Address Check needs to be completed to verify that the student being presented for enrolment lives within the intake area.
Note: if information given is false or misleading, any decision made as a result of this application may be changed.
2024 Year 6 into 7 enrolment: applications are made each year through the student’s current primary school
2023 Year 7 to 12 enrolment: Complete this application form and phone the school office regarding the application process.

How to enrol
During the enrolment process, let the principal know of any special circumstances, allergies, health or medical conditions affecting your child.
