Parents/carers within the school community have been invited to complete the Tell Them From Me survey. 

Parents/carers are invited to complete the survey through the following link:
 http://nsw.tellthemfromme.com/dhsvad22. 

The parent survey closes on Friday 4th November. 

Participation in the Tell Them From Me survey is completely voluntary, anonymous and confidential. The survey is available in a variety of languages.
